All MagicQ consoles include an on-line help manual, accessed via the Help button, which describes the operation of the desk. The help manual includes a comprehensive troubleshooting guide. Copies of the manuals are available for download from the downloads section of this site.

Please send support queries to support(at)chamsys.co.uk along with a description of the type of console, the software version. Please include as much detail as possible when describing problems - this will help us to resolve the problem quickly.

Registered Testers Program
ChamSys runs an official testers program to enable Lighting Designers to benefit from special access to MagicQ software, MagicQ consoles, equipment and training. The program is designed to constantly improve MagicQ consoles based on real feedback from Lighting Designers. The program currently includes Lighting Designers, Operators and Technicians from touring, theatre and corporate environments.
